The 2 Pillars of the Project

Pillar A — Sentinel Health Technology (AALisi Engine)

Safety and protection, without wearables. The AALisi Engine integrates wideband mmWave radar sensors (60–77 GHz) and Xenia AI for sub-millimeter detection of vital signs (heart and respiratory rate) and movement kinematics. Thanks to Privacy-by-Design technology, the system operates without video image acquisition, ensuring total user dignity.

Benefit: Continuous contactless clinical monitoring at ultra-high resolution.

Pillar B — Strategic Infrastructure (HEMS Hub)

The Excellence of Aeromedical Rescue, Integrated. The Zaiera HEMS Hub is a node of Smart Critical Infrastructure, designed for maximum operational resilience. In addition to nocturnal NVIS operations and rapid refueling procedures, the Hub integrates AALisi Engine safety intelligence. Radar sensors monitor the real-time health and safety of operational personnel in high-stress scenarios, ensuring full technological compliance with aeromedical rescue standards.

22/01/2026 — Council Resolution no. 4 approved: the Municipality of Solarino recognizes the Public Interest and Institutional Endorsement for the Zaiera Hub.
25/01/2026 — Real Estate and Infrastructural Asset availability consolidated: Acquired full availability of the Solarino (SR) compendium for technological-industrial purposes. The act confers on Zaiera the right to fully refunctionalize the structure into a Digital Fabrication Hub for the AALisi Engine platform and the realization of the certified H24 Helipad, in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/795 (STEP).
26/01/2026 — Transparency Section published and notary procedure initiated for registration as an Innovative Startup. Resolution no. 6 issued by the Municipality acknowledging the new company name.
