  • Company Purpose: Research, development, production, and marketing of innovative services with high technological value. The company develops the AALisi Engine (60-77GHz) platform, an ecosystem based on Artificial Intelligence (Xenia AI) and mmWave radar sensors for preventive biometric monitoring and the management of HEMS critical infrastructures.

2. Activities, Research and Development (R&D)

Description of Innovation: Development of the proprietary platform AALisi Engine, an infrastructure based on AI algorithms and mmWave radar sensors for the clinical monitoring of vital parameters (HRV, Respiration, Gait Analysis) in a wearable-free mode. The system enables predictive medicine and Health 5.0 models through continuous monitoring (Seamless Monitoring) in complex environments.

R&D Commitment: Pursuant to Art. 25, paragraph 2, letter g) of Decree-Law 179/2012, the company declares a Research and Development expenditure commitment exceeding 20% of the total value of production/investment. Annual R&D investment target: €900,000.00.

3. Shareholders and Governance

  • Founding Partners:

    1. Salvatore Carpinteri: Sole Director & Head of Strategy.

    2. Francesca Carpinteri: Co-Founder & Administration Manager.

  • Institutional and Scientific Relations:

    1. Technical-scientific collaborations initiated with CNR-IRIB and the University of Messina (MIFT).

    2. Memorandum of Understanding of public interest with the Municipality of Solarino (Resolution no. 4/2026).

    3. Operational Partnership: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is being formalized with the SEUS-118 network for the integration of the Zaiera HEMS Hub into the regional aeromedical rescue network.

4. Intellectual Property and Financial Statements

  • Ownership: Zaiera S.r.l. is the exclusive owner of the proprietary software and algorithms of the AALisi Engine system.

  • IP Strategy: A roadmap has been defined for the protection of Intellectual Property (IP) and for future patent filing of hardware/software innovations resulting from R&D activities.

  • Financial Statements: Newly incorporated company; the first financial statement will be made public on the Startup Portal of the Business Register within the legal deadlines.

5. Participations and Strategic Synergies

Zaiera S.r.l. currently does not hold equity stakes in other companies. The following corporate and strategic strengthening operations are underway:

  • Industrial Partner: due diligence phase for the entry of Isola della Natura, a leader in organic/biodynamic products, to integrate Deep Tech and longevity food into European markets.

  • Scientific Advisory: Evaluation for the entry into the company of Dr. Vincenzo Costa (Surgeon, General Surgery Spec., Albo SR no. 3462). His contribution is aimed at guiding the clinical validation of medical protocols and monitoring systems for the HEMS Hub and the clinical area.

  • Market Strategy: Scouting has been initiated for an International Business Developer with experience in Market Access for medical devices (MDR). The goal is to structure the commercial penetration and scalability of the Zaiera ecosystem internationally.
